EASY--no pull-over-head or step-in required
This is the 3rd harness we've tried for our 19-pound doxie mix with long floppy ears and odd proportions (12" neck, 20" barrel chest) before having success. Just note you have to measure the chest at the point where the top extends back, which translated to an 18" chest and a size Small instead of the medium we had to return. The harness' main attribute is the neck strap buckle which lets you put it on without having to either pull it over the head or making the dog step in. Easy! Plus the design is minimalist and cool, also flexible and comfortable.. I would have paid $10 more if I had the option of this same harness with more durable metal buckles, but all in all, $22 for a harness this good PLUS leash is a bargain. (Note the poop bag holder shown in the photo is $10 extra.)
