Alright. So lets talk about how amazing this container is for a second. I realize it's just a plastic bin, but when you've been trying to out maneuver a little black six month old kitten this thing becomes a life saver. Our kitten is like most cats who believe they are DYING if they can see any amount of the bottom of their bowl and so he kept going after his food bags, and when I say go after, I really mean DESTROY. He'd rip holes into the bags and spill them onto the floor, even after I put it up on top of a bookshelf he managed to climb up there and STILL get it. I did keep it in a closet with a closed door for a while, but then one day we forgot to latch the door and so I came home for the fifth time to food ALL over the floor and his bag shredded and destroyed (For a such a small kitten he's really determined) I'd finally had enough.
This bin not only stores and keeps his food airtight and fresh, our kitten has also now been unable to destroy any bags and spill his food all over the house. The pour spout is convenient as I don't need a scoop or anything extra to pour it into his dish and it easily holds his whole bag of food.
I win cat. I win!
