Nice, stretchy fleece.
I bought first one in XL for the smaller of our 2 Corgi mixes but it was too large, so I gave that one to the more plump, I mean, 'bigger boned' of the pair and ordered another in Large. For reference, the dog that wears the Large is about 21" around the chest and the one that wears the XL is about 23 1/2". The fleece is super soft, it has some stretch to it for comfort and while fleece won't stop the wind it will lend warmth on non-windy days. These can also work as base layers and you can layer a waterproof rain jacket over them to keep rain, wet, heavy snow and wind from whipping through the fleece. Very nice and my dogs HATE wearing clothing but these are comfortable and they know it's sweater or no walk in our cold, Minnesota winters so they don't run away from me when I pull them out. Lol
