Great for large fancy goldfish!
This is probably the best value that you will get! The pellet size is much larger than my medium Hikari wheat germ pellets. These medium cichlid pellets are about 5mm and my medium Hikari wheat germ pellets are about 2.5mm. So keep this in mind if you think that these will be normal medium sized pellets. This didnt bother me because the price was so good. The pellets sink nicely and dont cloud the water. I bought these for my fancy goldfish and they love it! I have not had any of my goldfish get swim bladder problems from these pellets and their colors look just as good as with Hikari oranda gold ($14/12oz) but much cheaper (Hikari cichlid gold $22/2.2lbs), but I would buy the small pellets if you are going to feed this to goldfish or what I do is slice the pellets with a knife or soak pellets in garlic extract and they break apart easily with your fingernails.
