Thank god this miracle showed up on the doorstep the next day. My cat is great, but one of his greatest joys in life is scooping litter. He delights in scattering it anywhere that is not the box . His high walled box was ineffectual. The litter trapping mat helped, but the cat has a wicked underhand, throwing past its edges. I couldn't keep a clean bathroom/hallway even with sweeping or roomba-ing daily and had resigned myself to the next 15 years of wearing shoes indoors at all times. Bless my husband, he was either oblivious or indifferent, but I was tired of litter encrusted feet.
