Now I have the best dog bed EVER!!!!!
I recently purchased the med/lg (27x5x36 in) dog bed cover. I have a dog that just recently had spinal surgery for paralysis due to a disc injury. I needed something soft and cool for her to lay on in the kennel because we needed to limit her activity. I purchased a 2 inch twin bed gel foam mattress pad topper for about $40 from a local department store and cut it into 3 equal sections. I stacked them on top of each other and was covering it with a sheet and placing it in her kennel. I was looking for something a little more convenient and easier to handle and manage. I could not find a manufactured dog bed at a reasonable price or one with enough thickness and comfort for my dog. This cover fit perfectly over the stacked sections. The cut sections stacked on each other measured 25x6x34 inches which fit nicely in this cover and filled it completely because of the 6 in thickness. Now I have the best dog beg EVER!!!! Comfort and easy handling.
