Great dog nose protection
Highly recommended! Our husky's nose was getting seriously red from sun during outdoor play at doggie daycare. We were worried he would get sunburned or even worse, have long-term skin damage. We looked at many products on Amazon and found this one to be the easiest to store and apply. It is easy for the staff at daycare to rub the stick his nose and it works really well. The light part of his nose has returned to its normal color.
Our dog doesn't seem to mind having it applied. The stick weight is pretty small so it might not last long if applied to a lot more area than the nose. It can also rub off onto other dogs and probably clothing and furniture if slathered on!
Comment about sellers - The price can fluctuate by a few dollars depending on seller. Pay attention to where the seller is located. One of our purchases was from a seller in Ireland. This sunstick seems to be in high demand so we went ahead and ordered it. Free shipping but it still is in transit (probably ground shipping by boat) and looks like it will ultimately take a month to arrive! No worries, we can always use more so we ordered again from another Amazon seller. The stick was delivered within a couple of days as you would expect from Amazon.
