A solid title
I thought it was pretty fun and the story / setting was interesting and enjoyable. If you don't mind anime style games, then this is a solid pickup. It's certainly worth playing. I have a few additional critiques and tips below but that sums it up.
The combat feels pretty tight, though it gets a little repetitive near the end. One tip to reduce that is to go into the game settings and find the option for abbreviated 'brain crush' animations, since you'll be using them a lot.
Dying gets a little frustrating due to just how fast you can go from full HP to dead, so be sure to stack maximum defense for survivability and ignore all other stats. Prioritize unlocking the additional equip slots on your "brain map" talent tree for this same reason.
