Perfect Quality
The big plastic rings at the top (three in total) are meant to attach to a wire cage. There is a little slit to do that. Then after it's attached, you spin it around so the grooves in the rings are catching on the cage. Brilliant! That way when your massive macaw or grey is tearing it up, it won't slip out and fall down, resulting in a frightened bird. There are four cups with maneuverable lids to put in treats, veggies, smaller foot toys, or whatever.
I'm definitely getting a few more of these. I love 'em.
